Her practice spans trademarks, patents, entertainment, and corporate law, with a focus on helping clients own, protect, and monetize what they build.

She represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, advising on trademark and patent matters nationwide, and regularly counsels clients on brand strategy, licensing, and high-value deals. For state-specific matters, the firm works with trusted local counsel where required.
